Binomial Name:
Coriandrum sativum.

Form :
Leave, Stalk and Dried Seeds of Cilantro plants.
the dried seeds usually called as Coriander seeds.

Storage :
Keep the leave, stalks or the cuts in an airtight storage and freeze it to maintain the freshness.
Kepp the dried seeds in an airtight cool dry storage.

How to Use :
- The Cilantro leaf is edible raw after cleanly wash and cut.
- As a garnish.
- 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh Cilantro = 1/2 Tablespoon dried Cilantro flakes
- The Coriander seeds usually low heat toasted before grind for cooking to bring up the aroma.

Substitute :
- Parsley for the Cilantro leave and stalk.
- 1 teaspoon Caraway seeds for 1 teaspoon Coriander seeds.
- 1 teaspoon Fennel seeds for 1 teaspoon Coriander seeds.
- 3/4 teaspoons Cumin seeds for 1 teaspoon Coriander seeds.
