Allium schoenoprasum.

Form :
Leave, Stalk and Bulb of Chives plants.

Storage :
Keep the chives or the cuts in an airtight storage and freeze it to maintain the freshness.

How to Use :
- The Chives are raw edible after cleanly peel and wash.
- Simply add the cuts at the last cooking time to prevent overcooked.
- As a garnish.
- 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh Chives = 1/2 Tablespoon dried Chives flakes

Substitute :
- Green Onion
- Chinese Garlic Chives, Asian Chives
