Chocolate Pancake

Have a chocolate milk left over and have no desire to drink it, maybe it's a kind of got bored.
So, this is what I do with the milk.

That's thin enough to be a pancake as I omit the baking powder, and thick enough to be a crepe as I double the layer when cook it.

Chocolate Pancake

It yields about 3 pieces of 8 inches diameter each in less than 15 minutes by mixing all of the ingredients below.

  • A half cup of flour
  • A quarter cup of chocolate milk
  • An egg, beaten
  • One tablespoon of butter, melted
  • One tablespoon of sugar, optional
  • One teaspoon of chocolate pasta, optional
  • A pinch of salt, optional
And pour the mixture and cook it on the prepared frying pan.

Then, the left over chocolate milk turn into breakfast.
